Caution with 12 or 13 to go and ended up 4th. Not sure what else you wanted for him?

The problem is his fans who pay good money to see him race deserve an interview. The fans are the sport! Bloomer would not be racing if his fans didn't buy his shirts! He said many times that he able to race because his fans buy his apparel! So he should take a five minutes for a interview! If these drivers don't have fans then we have no sport!

Fan here I haven't stoped shelling out cash for a shirt now and then. Many are wearing his latest apparel. He's big business in this sport. I don't give a truck if he doesn't do certain interviews. If he felt beter left unsaid... I'm good with that.

I will chime in on this topic with my two pennies worth but first of all, how in the hell did a famous pornstarlet get her name mentioned on this topic, huh chupp ? Granted Jenna is still kinda' hot, but for god's sake, you coulda' used my favorite Christy Canyon and (still) made your point !

As for Scott, this site is over 20 years old now, and people of 1997 were typing the same ol' stuff about him way back then, and its still going on even today. The man has staying power and always will for as long as he keeps racing and that is a testament to his popularity in our sport. I agree there's times he can be bombastic as all hell ( like at Cedar Lake a few years back ) but from talking to him quite a few times in the numerous races I've been to he doesn't come off to me as a guy you wouldn't want to have a beer and a chaser with. Last time I talked to him was last year at Eldora and he made me laugh for a good ten minutes about all the speculation and bullsheet that is written and said about him. So in conclusion, he understands that there's those out there who don't like him, but he also knows that he still has hundreds of thousands or so who respect him for what he has done in our sport. I have a strong feeling that there is no one in this sport will ever come close to what he has achieved; I know I've enjoyed it ( except for that night at Cedar Lake ) which I told him about and all he said was " well, I did enjoy the hell outa' that 50 grand " !

When people pay you $$$ to show up and race at certain events... Not many can say that.

I'm also a fan of bloomquist have met him many times over the years and honestly don't care if he interviews or not. Just because I buy his shirt does not say I deserve anything from him! If you get mad and feel cheated because you bought a shirt that's sad. Like I said I have met him many times and have all good experiences with him and he takes the time to speak to you when you stop by his trailer, hell his wife even took my daughter on their ATV to get hotdogs and he earned a lifetime fan because of that.

He wins the Cedar Lake race and gets out of his car in victory lane and hollers, " how'd you all like that ass kickin " which to me was a joke because only 5 cars finished the race ( 0, Moyer, Chub, JD, and Vaught, and all five were on the lead lap ) out of the 26 who started because the track wasn't up to its usual standards, in other words, it was terrible. But to me the comment was uncalled for because what the hell, you only beat five cars and you didn't exactly kick their ass as you hollered out. Like the old coach Paul Brown used to say " act like you've been there before "; be happy that you won, but don't disparage your competition.

I think the best interview ever was after the window net debacle....2014 World was it? When he sat there calmly and said "I would have lapped the field that's what would've happened"....I just sat there and smirked and was thinking to myself..."He is right"

How many cars finished that night at cedar lake? Like 8 or 10? Im thinking the track was a total corn field, and Babb rolled after he had led most of the race. That was a dumb comment imo. If he would've said that after the 14 world, it would've been a lot more fitting. Instead he said something about having the fastest race car in the world, which was a true statement and very fitting.

I like when he wrapped up the lucas title in dixie in 09 and did hid DoD interview and got off on handicapping and snowboarding and football. "If.....if..... if youre a star footba........if...... if youre a snowboarder and youre in your prime you shouldnt have to start on a shorter ground" and during that time of course he was talking with his hands and waving the mic around.

I could be wrong, but wasn't that comment, a dig at Jimmy Mars!
