Any new drivers coming this year.
Vosbergen went home to Australia.
Unless Wallace runs C8s back up, he prob won't be there.
Chad Simpson and Tyler Bruening are a No.
Scott Lewis is trying to sell his car.
Sanders and Jake O'Neil running that mod show up north, that's what I heard anyway. Phillips might end up there too.
Has Austin Smith even raced this year?
-
Huskerdirt, think I read somewhere earlier in year where Austin Smith was going to college and was worried more about getting a education than racing right now

I doubt Freddie Carpenter goes. Don't think he has ever ran Eldora.

I don't think Ted Nobbe has raced at all this year. If so, not much and hasn't ran any LM shows at Eldora. They have been putting everything into Dustin Nobbe's car. Which Dustin is Ted's son.
-
Brian Ruhlman hasn't been to Eldora all year in his LM or modified. Which is the first time in years he hasn't ran at the Big E.... I think the new safety measures and payouts turned him away along with some others. You can probably scratch Chad Ruhlman as well since he drives Brians cars.Jake Hawkins is running this weekend in the Baltes Classic along with Duane Chamberlain according to Duane's FB page. Not sure if he will be in a second #20 St. Henry Night Club car? My guess is he will also be running the World.

Unfortunately, take Jason Hiett off the list. His schedule says off for the next two weeks. Don't know if we'll have anybody from Bama there. Depressing.

Is having to be there and race 3 nights hurting small teams?

I do not feel like it hurts the small teams as bad as a person would think because there is a paycheck at the window every night. To the best of my knowledge the world 100 has the largest PURSE of any late model race n existence, yet does not have the biggest win money, so that purse gets paid back through the field better than other races....
