CARNESVILLE, GA – Be sure to join FASTRAK/ULTIMATE General Manager D.J. Irvine at 8 p.m. Eastern time for a busy FASTRAK/ULTIMATE Forum on Facebook Live. Irvine will be talking about a busy weekend of FASTRAK Pro Late Model racing that involved several point races.

The FASTRAK Pro Late Models started the weekend on Friday night at 311 Motor Speedway in Pine Hall, NC for a 40-lap, $2,000-to-win, $250-to-start race for FASTRAK South East Region points. The results of that race saw a new FASTRAK SE point leader.

The FASTRAK crew then traveled to Princeton Speedway in Princeton, WV for the 40-lap, $2,500-to-win, $250-to-start Little General Stores UBB 29 Miners Memorial Qualifiers race awarding FASTRAK SE and Mid-Ohio Valley Region points. This event was also the third and final Jewel of the 12th Annual FASTRAK Triple Crown.

The cars and stars of the FASTRAK Pro Late Model Series will return to Princeton Speedway this Saturday night for the special 40-lap, $3,000-to-win, $229-to-start 7th Annual UBB 29 Miners Memorial Race that will award both FASTRAK SE and MOV points. As is the case with all FASTRAK Touring races, they will also award FASTRAK Weekly Racing Series points.

The latest point standings and race results for the FASTRAK Weekly Racing Series will also be revealed. Competitors at FASTRAK Weekly Racing Series tracks are competing for a Division point fund, and a National point fund that pays $10,000 to the National Champion.

FASTRAK drivers are also looking to make sure they get in their ten required races to participate in both nights of the richest weekend in all of Pro Late Model Racing at the World Championship Weekend at Virginia Motor Speedway in Jamaica, VA on September 15-16.

On September 15, it’s the $5,000-to-win World Challenge Race for FASTRAK Members with ten or more races in 2017. Then on September 16, it’s the $20,000-to-win 14th Annual World Championship Race that is open to all drivers with a FASTRAK-legal Pro Late Model powered by a Chevrolet Performance 604 or 602 Circle Track Engine.

The ULTIMATE Super Late Model Series was off last weekend, but they will return to action with a Tennessee Two-Step on Thursday night, August 17 at Volunteer Speedway in Bulls Gap, TN for a $10,000-to-win, $500-to-start race, and then travel to Crossville Speedway in Crossville, TN on Friday night, August 18 for a $4,000-to-win, $400-to-start event.
