    Default Mastersbilt ID

Recently purchased a Mastersbilt Chassis ID 06398W. Want to know year it was manufactured. Emailed them and have not heard back. Am I better off calling them?

Call 'em... their website is out of date by four years... they have never returned a phone call or email from me.

    The W means it's a WISSOTA car... built for a longer wb (103) and, maybe, a 10"
    engine set back.IIRC...

Agreed on calling them. They have all their chassis numbers written down in a book, from what I've seen. Can tell you when it was made and for who.

The number starting with a zero should signify it is a Smackdown, however, unless they numbered the Wissota cars in a different series (of numbers), I'd double check that number. I had an '07 that was 01376M (a Mars car), and my '14 Gen-X is X2481. I'm not seeing how one would start with a 6, but maybe I'll learn something at the same time.

Let us know what you find out.
