Where would you find the rules for the dtwc at portsmmouth. Tire rule. Racing seat ect

I'd start by going to the Lucas site and reading the rulebook that you can find here....

You can also look under the Drivers menu and get a lot of info there. The tire rules for the race per the site are:
Left Rear/Fronts - Hoosier Rib 28.5 - 1300, 1425
Right Rear - Hoosier 01, 04, LM40 (no cutting, no siping, no needling)
