    what hone grit does everyone use to hone cylinders after boring

    Did a Machine Shop Hone it normally they will do the final honing that produces the Cross Hatch. When I refresh mine at home I use the Flex A Hone to just deglaze so the new rings seat shoot me a message i'll send you the two options I Use .

    Use a 240 for a rering job...

    I use from 240 to 400 , according to what rings im using , ductile , molly , low tension or what ever.
