On the flip side, it sucks for Marlar. Led 94 of the 100 laps and didn’t win either race. 2nd and 3rd ain’t too shabby against the cars that were there, but still has to taste a little bitter.
    We'll miss ya Doc Watson...

Hell yeah Dennis! Dude is a finisher, that's for sure. Seeing him take the win away from Simpson at LaSalle and Jackson Jr. at Tri-City was awesome as well. Congrats!

Hard to believe this is only Dennis's 5th WoO victory. I figured he had more than that.

Erb is a testament to what hard work can do. How many have that kind of success in a BD ?

Glad to see him run up front.

I didn't get to see Tri-City in person, but I've watched this video a few times (without the sound even being on) and it's pretty dang cool! It's neat to see a virtual crescendo in the crowd, as some start to raise their arms as if pulling him along as they near the end, then pretty much the entire crowd rises as he takes the win.

I've always wondered what flagmen think of finishes like that. Probably like referees in epic fights, just glad to have been a part of it.
