    Default EAMS Day 1 & 2 (Saturday afternoon/night)

Track decided to have a "last chance" race due to track conditions, taking top 2 to transfer to the first of 2 Feature races Saturday. The first being continuation from Friday night. Davenport started last and ended up winning the last chance race, with Overton taking second after starting 5th. They both will start in rear of feature (row 13).

30 laps down, 13 to go...caution is out. Owens leads followed by Overton and Davenport, McCreadie, Larson. Wow!

Rough track....Owens win, followed by Bronson, McCreadie, Overton, McDowell, Larson. JD went off the Track with 9 to go, ended up 10th. Erb 14th, Clanton 17th, Junghans 20th, Bloomquist 23rd, Madden 25th.

I assume track was awful and Bloomquist, Madden, and others pulled in?

Track is worse than ever. Casey Roberts took a hard spill. Plenty of junk cars after that.

Correct...it's not good at all. Lots of parts need fixed on several cars.

I bet several will load up. Can't really blame them if track is that bad. The winner might not break even.

Rained about 12 hrs straight Thursday. And it was hard rain. Just constant soaking. And the sun's barely been out to help. It's terrible. Shouldn't have even attempted practice Thursday night and just opened the track to let it dry all day Friday instead of letting it get packed down.

Yes, I'm rather shocked how the track has gone about this. Side note...who are these announcers? I find myself needing to mute (It's that bad). Not trying to offend anyone if they are local favorites or something. It just isn't friendly to my ears. Just an opinion lol.

I would day this might be why Bloomquist finished 23rd. Cool pic, but not a good sign.http://www.dirtondirt.com/photoGallery.php?id=6891

Yeah that didn't look good....... That track is ridiculously bad though. Overtons car doesn't have a straight piece on it.

Is that the way they prep down there or did they have tons of rain all week? The boys better wear a mouthpiece and have the chiropractor on speed dial.
