This track is incredible. They're not going to stop improvements until everything is replaced, and they're almost at that point now.

Port Royal is as good as it gets. Well worth the 3+hr. drive for me.

Florence is also widening their backstretch and the entrance/exit opening on and off the track.

So happy to claim this track as my home track.. Everything they have done to upgrade the speedway has been great..And the fact we have taken the track championship for 3 out of the last 4 years doesn't hurt either..

Been past there running up from Harrisburg many times... but I was always on a tight schedule. Even drove by on race nights... just a killer that I couldn't stop.

I stayed at a motel across the river from the track in Fonda, NY a few years ago... another joint I'd like to see.

I used to go to fonda every sat night in early 80's - early 90's. Great racing. That was when ralph and ron company owned it. Saw the likes of lou lazzaro, jack johnson, dave lape, dalmata bros.cd coville and so on. Good ol bb mods! They used calisium on a reg basis. Saw a few go into river on back strech also. GOOD TIMES!

FYI Krooser, Fonda,NY is a long way from Port Royal. Great job by all the staff and volunteers at Port Royal for the transition of the track I went to in the 90's to today's track. So much racier now and a premier track in the country. Thank you for all the hard work!

The bride and I stayed in Fonda headed for Toronto and other Canuck destinations... I pulled my old Lincoln up to the grandstands while the wife kept telling me I missed the motel!

Lot's of good things happening for the Super Late Models at Port Royal in 2018, including a purse increase and more special shows.
