the then hnic bragged that the "infrastructure overhaul " that his economic stimulus package of 800 million dollars would provide only yielded 27.5 billion of it actually being spent on transportation and infrasructure and the rest went to his special intrests ie global warming=, sloindra etc etc ! No spin. there is a difference between infrastructure plan and a stimulus plan. A stimulus can have different things including infrastructure. A infrastructure plan usually is road, bridges, ect.
