Florence not on AMS Schedule?

Does anyone know why Florence isn't on the AMS schedule? I know they had multiple dates previous years.

It probably makes more sense to just offer the purse they would have, and not pay the AMS sanction fees. Let's be honest, AMS only brought 4-5 cars last year, and with the VERY Illinois heavy schedule this year, it likely would have been less. They should get about the same amount of cars, and maybe more since the racers won't have to pay the AMS entry fee.

Those AMS entry fees weren't welcoming for anyone wanting to just run one race. What you've said makes sense. I liked the $5k to win portion of the Fall 50 for Modifieds, but I don't see mods listed on that event now. Need a good series in the West Ohio, East Indiana, Northern Kentucky area.
