I wouldn't get my hopes up way over priced.

    $1.25 million?

Is it in a high demand area, or just a very beautiful track?

Or just about $300k too much?
Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.

this is why racing is taking a beating, can't pay that kind of money and make it work, its going to be hard to keep it going

Holy hell Batman..... I've never been there but that's an awful lot of money for a track that couldn't make it before. The market will dictate what it's worth but I'm guessing a business that couldn't make ends meet is not worth that kinda money at chance to make them meet again

The only way that it'll see @ that price, will be when it is turned into a parking lot for the City of Cleveland. Or a new factory... or car lot..
