lineup shows Bloomer starting 7th in first heat. Evidently he did not qualify 5th overall

They put him to the tail. Had a unapproved screwdriver in his toolbox and pulled a tear off as he started his second lap. Lol that Francis is slow on the track and fast to put the zero to the tail
