    Default suspention question

theres some pretty sharp guys on here, instead of a typical pull bar assembly on top the rear pulling has anyone tried running it backwards on top the rear with a shock and coil spring or a dual stage pull bar, don't have room in front of rear for std stuff. any ideas

I've seen it done: A coil over running backwards from the rear end uphill to behind the rearend (just in front of fuel cell), but this was back in 99ish shortly after the hook became standard.

Seemed to work for OK for the guy but can't say it's better or worse then anything else. You're gonna have the typical issues with high pinion movement of the rear end under hike/rear steer.

Seems like rocket dabbled with this in like 2007 and 2008. I know they put mounts on their cars for that sort of thing. Thats when they were building blue front cars with z and watts link mounts
