    Ionia fairgrounds has a track that floods every spring. But it hasn't been used in years for car racing. I went many years ago. It's an old horse track. While it probably doesn't flood as much at Portsmouth every year the last couple years haven been pretty bad from the heavy snow the past few winter's. Google Ionia fairgrounds flooding l. There's quite a few pics.

    Water has actually been bout 15ft higher than that before its hard to believe how fast it floods there and place is always clean looking for dirt track

    Michigan 5/8ths mile with newer small track, can't think of name but i-96 isn't it and keeps popping in mind. Looks to perfect of circle to be there. My best guess though
