    Default Butterball Richmond KY

Anyone have any ideas on who may be there? Never been to Richmond, thought I may go to try and get over the let down from the trip to Eldora last weekend

    Tommy Bailey
Eddie carrier is trying to, they didn’t have a motor last weekend.
It’s notmally a pretty good race. New ownership this season I’ve heard they are doing good things with the surface.

This has become my favorite group of regional drivers and this race had a stellar regional field. Just look at the top 10, which doesn't even include Mike Marlar (16th) and Ty Carpenter (20th) and quite a few others that were competitive here and at Lake Cumberland.

    1.Eddie Carrier Jr.
    2.Victor Lee
    3.Zack Dohm
    4.Jason Jameson
    5.Billy Moyer Jr.
    6.Michael Chilton
    7.Eric Wells
    8.Jackie Boggs
    9.Devin Gilpin
    10.Jared Hawkins

I'm kind of surprised the Iron Man series didn't get more attention this weekend. It would be cool if this group ran together on a regional tour regularly. It would make for a very exciting series.

Cool. The highlights didn't show a lot of the racing back in the field. Glad to hear it was a good race throughout the field.

Richmond track is as racy as I've ever seen it. They've done a great job getting it that way. Used to be a choo choo race around the bottom. Cars were flying around the top for first 40 laps last night. Marlar knew the bottom was coming in late in the race but mechanical issues cost him a chance at the win. Eddie saw how good Marlar was on the bottom and it got him the win. Chilton come from 22nd to finish 6th. Victor Lee stepped right back in a late model and looked like he'd never been away. Jameson and Moyer both just seemed to be hanging on to finish in the top 5.....Maybe tires.....Dohm was needing about 10 more laps and this race woulda more than likely been his.

My first trip there. Good race. I didn't think it would be before the feature started, but was surprised. The battles from 3rd through 10th were really good.

What would a Southern dirt track be without a dog or two hanging around? I would've been.worried about it getting hurt though.

There were some cars on the track, but not hot lapping. It left and didn't come back. Must have been ten years ago, so it may not be there anymore.
