Default two day show with 32 cars?

How many support classes are at the pitt. 100? really not enough cars to race any consolation races. So night one was just hot laps and qualifying?

The biggest price gougers for the last 25 years or so.

Heats are tonight too. But they do start close to the amount they have or exactly that amount. There’s over 40 crates there, so there heats are probably going on. Used to go, was a big draw. But just not my cup of tea anymore. Way better options.

Still better than the 2-day show with 14 cars at Pevely.

I don’t mind if you have the car count to make it a two day event. 32 car count they could run it in one night.

2 day shows need to go. It’s the way of the old.

There's several events that should always be two-day shows. The obvious ones like the World, Dream, DTWC, North/South, and a few others, but the rest have no business being split into two days. If you insist on having two days, then make it a complete show each night.

I just did a quick glance, but it looks like the count was made up of the Lucas regulars, two WoO drivers, and the rest from PA. Good thing PA has some Supers still racing.

Well I didn’t think I’d have to mention that the Crown Jewels should be 2 day shows. That’s a given. However alot of Crown Jewels have A-Mains each night now. That’s the future. The Pittsburgher, Clash at the Mag, Jackson 100, and any 10k to win 2 day show, need to change their format. Money should be on the line each night.

You might want to look closer at the discussion.

I feel the Pittsburgher would be better served going to the same three day format as the Firecracker.

But if it has to remain a two day show, then switching night one to the double heat passing point format is the way to go.

I think they should switch it sort of to the way Fairbury does it!

People are not b!tching about PMS racing. They are b!tching about a two day show for 32 cars and night one is only qualifying and heats. Switch it up to a DTWC, N/S, Firecracker format. Something along them lines.

Instead of dragging out a show for 32 cars for one feature over two days. Not hard to grasp.

Does this show pay 20,000? If it does, it should be a one day show IMO

The World 100 and Dream along with the dirt track world championships and all races should be 1 day shows. This would give more smaller teams chances to show up it would also eliminate costs.
