    Default Setup?

Wondering if anyone has tried a straight bar instead of a J Bar on a Grt and what are your thoughts on how it worked

The less force that solid rod carries, the more your springs carry. Springs do a better job of keeping the tires loaded.

We ran one on a Dirt Works many years ago. It worked very well on a stop and go paper clip. You need to keep the mtg heights pretty close, around 3 inches, or the lateral movement of the rearend gets too radical.

The key to your statement is many years ago. We know a lot more now.

Yes I have tried one in recent years. They are quicker reacting and can be pretty unpredictable in stop and go conditions. You must watch your bar angle with it is my advice. You might like it for you though.
