Lands ride with SWR Racing and Randy Weaver with Phantom Race Engines.
They will start out in Georgia at Golden Isles Speedway then to Florida at East Bay Raceway Park with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series.
Some info from the Delphi Communications Facebook page.
Primary sponsorship from - A.F. Stone Professional Medical Services, Stone Clearing & Excavating, Tommy Pope Construction, Diercks LTD of the Quad Cities, Henderson Motorsports, and Outlaw Racing Southeast.
Tanner will spend most of the 2019 wheeling the familiar #116 machine at area tracks throughout the southeast. On Occasion when the SWR team feels the need to take the weekend off to regroup and refresh their equipment, Tanner will pilot a sister car out of sponsor Tommy Pope's stable.

Great choice but I don't think Weaver is quite ready to give up the wheel to become a owner
