    Default Fairbury weekly in 2019...

Just posted. They are paying $2500 to win weekly & $300 to start for late models. $1500 to win per week for mods.

Admission & pit pass remain same cost ($10/$25).

I'd think this makes them the highest paying weekly show in the country for late models. Anyone aware of a track paying more? Kind of the late model equivalent of what Knoxville does for sprint cars (on a smaller scale). I think they pay like 4 or 5k to win for 410's every week.

Kudos to FALS for stepping up their game. Hope they get good support from the drivers.

I don’t know how that is possible but thumbs up to them for doing it. It’s like a special event every weekend.

It’s gotta help when you’re not running nine different classes each night and boring all the fans. Seems like FALS has it figured out. Other tracks that can’t figure it out and blame social media for their problems should take note on what they’re doing.

This is awesome news...Guys like Spatola, Weaver, Feger, Gardner, Schmitt, Bell, Curl, Unzicker, and many others should be running here weekly. I hope they allow a guy to miss a day or two for points since they have some weekly shows scheduled the same time as the Dream and SummerNationals. If they do that I think they could have a great weekly following for this.

Not sure what port royal pays weekly for lms. But for sprints it’s like 3-5k

I live just under 2 hours away from FALS. Typically don't travel there for a weekly show, but do hit several of their specials including the PDC. This weekly payout is enough that I may well travel there for a weekly show or 2 given the right circumstances. Some of the weekends when other area racing is light could see some real strong fields for a weekly show.

Summer Nationals I agree. However Dream week or any other crown jewel week I'd bump it uo to 3K. They would get even more cars. Most weekly guys from there are not going to be competitive at the Dream. Alot of other guys won't go there weekly because the competition is to strong for weekly racing/UMP points racing

Those other classes buy pit passes, too... And the drivers have their families and fans in the stands.

We used to figure every car brought seven people...general admission and pit passes.

    Bold move...

They didnt deduct from the other classes...just added more to lates and mods. We all know lates are what brings in the fans...not street stocks or hobby mods.

Not unless those classes each bring in more cars than LM.
