I remember a lot of great racing back in the day at atomic with lil Bill Corum HE.vinyard Herman Goddard and others etc.

Great racer and great family man. I'm going to miss him as will many others that knew him better than I did.

Ditto 3 wide! There was some great racing during that time! Great number of shoes when you think about H.E., Herman, lil Bill, Buddy Rogers, Tootle, and many more. The thing that made Atomic even better back then was their “B” class that had the likes of Dave Hensley, Tony Presley, Zeke Buchanan, Tony Stewart, J T Kerr, Rusty Goddard and others. Oh! The fond memories of my childhood! RIP #21!

He was my favorite driver, while he raced. The Bill Mullins tobacco warehouse number 21. Then he took over the 199 after Tootle's death. I hope he eventually makes it to the Dirt Late Model Hall of Fame. Little Bill would always have time for a positive word and smile. RIP 21
