Looks like the best field so far this year. I bet the track will blow off and be fine.

I can deal with a black slick track if the track don't take rubber & turn into a train race. Back in the day... They would get that track sloppy wet before rolling the track in. You sure don't see that anymore there..I have seen to many rubber train races there here of late. And that is just a shame! It at one time one of the best tracks around. I do hope for the best for B-town & hope they have a great Hell Tour race there.

I can't understand that promoter. Three years ago he made a pretty decent effort on track prep. But every year since he has done less and less, until it's nearly squat!!

I just couldn't take the grit blasting anymore. Had to quit going there....

Maybe the drivers of the better cars should not depend on 800 Hp and maybe become a better driver. There are a lot of stories from year ago of good drivers getting into a not so good car and driving it to a top five finish.

Tell that to Jackie Boggs and the rest of the proven big names that are stuck mid pack on many occasions....

Are Lucas regulars allowed to race night before a race. Thought Terbo and Hudson May race this one

I thought the race determined who was faster? Guess I have it all wrong. How does Wetter do it? Collect dyno sheets before the race?

That only applies if they’re racing at the same track the next night.

I use many years of actual personal observation. Reality is hard to beat.

Being in front of someone doesn't make you faster now does it? Is Marty O'Neal's crate faster than Jackie Boggs LM? No sir.

If Marty outruns him that night, he certainly is. There is a difference between potential top speed and actual speed. I have seen less horsepower pass more on a tacky track.

I am surprised English is there. Thought the rules were if you go in someone else's pit and get in a fight you are suspended.

He didn't outrun Jackie that night though, he just finished ahead of him. Had Jackie had a track to run on he would have pulled a lap away from him.
