CBR #5 - Michael Norris
How do you all think he’ll do in the CBR #5 this weekend?
-
if they let him and his crew set the car up then i think he will do good.
i dont think cbr wants to win any money, just a write off.
good luck to him.
-
Norris has performed very well when visiting tracks he first time the last couple years. I expect him to be competitive for sure.

A step back, I don't see him being the savior of CBR.
-
Who is he? Where’s he from?
-
-
He may do great, but Tazwell will be about as different as what he’s used to in PA as you can get.
-
I don't think he will be their savior either, but fresh young blood that can perform might just be what that operation needs.
Kind of a shot in the arm for cbr as a whole maybe......I'm excited for him to get the chance.
Where is the move over flag when you need it?????

Why would you think he would even need to be? Secondly CBR is just fine.

Isn't he related to Davey "The Juice" Johnson in some way?

odd choice, may have been a rocket recommendation. Maybe the regional guy can one up richards at least

I wish Mike Norris the best. See what he can do.
-
The Crusher Kid??? Oh boy!

Savior? No way, Don O'Neal didn't forget how to win, CBR just can't let the guys and their OWN crews set the cars up or something. I don't understand it at all, great drivers but just not very competitive.
It would be awesome to see Norris do well though and I will definitely be pulling for him. Then again I don't dislike Richards either, just wish the teams were competitive.
I wonder if RTJ was even looked at or if he's so busy winning in the Mod and Street Stock that they didn't bother. He also has some decent backers so I bet he had some obligations he had to fill too.
I just wish someone would give RTJ another good ride like last year in Hudson's. He's one of my favorite(RTJ).

RTJ commented on a fb post that he doesn't think he has the necessary sponsorships lined up.

Does Norris work at the Rocket Shop? I believe I heard this but could be wrong. Josh B. you know anything on this?
