July 10, 2019 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

(Leetsdale, PA)...After an extremely successful Sweeney Chevrolet Buick GMC RUSH Dirt Late Model Touring Series powered by Pace Performance event at the beautiful Weedsport Speedway on July 2, Series Officials have begun to plan the "RUSH Hour 30" Watch Party, which will take place at Three Rivers Karting (3RK) for the Thursday, August 8 MAVTV broadcast presented by Sunoco Race Fuels distributed by Insinger Performance at 7 p.m. Adding to the excitement of the "Watch Party" will be the inaugural running of the RUSH Grand Prix Karting Championship Event, which is open to racers that compete in any RUSH-sanctioned division. Other regional racers as well as crew members and fans are also invited to "arrive and drive" go-karts throughout the day and evening to join in the fun!

Three Rivers Karting is co-owned by RUSH Late Model standout racer, Daryl Charlier. The beautiful state-of-the-art facility opened last year and is located about 15 miles northwest of Pittsburgh in Leetsdale, Pa. For last year's inaugural "RUSH Hour 30" on MAVTV, Three Rivers Karting presented the Speed Shot Wall Cam. This year, Three Rivers Karting returned to present the Speed Shot Wall Cam in addition to Cushion Cam plus will host this exciting "Watch Party" and RUSH Grand Prix Championship!

“We at 3RK are excited to be hosting this watch party for the 'RUSH Hour 30' and think this is a great way to break up the weekend grind us racers, crew members, and families go through," expressed Charlier. "It will be very interesting to see who will make it to the top of the podium as we have already seen a couple RUSH drivers turn some laps here at 3RK from almost every division. We look forward to the event and making this a night of fun.”

The inaugural RUSH Grand Prix Championship will get underway at approximately 8 p.m. and is open to racers in any of the RUSH divisions (Late Models, Sprint Cars, Sportsman Modifieds, Pro Mods & Pro Stocks). The goal is to create authenticity to the event that will be similar to RUSH Touring event formatting. Drivers will be split into qualifying flights and heat races. The top so many racers will transfer to the feature, which will pay $100 to-win and a large trophy. Drivers that fail to qualify for the feature will run the "Wheelman" non-qualifier. Standout announcer, Mike Lysakowski, will add additional excitement and flare with his vast knowledge of regional racing to the event.

The cost to register the RUSH Grand Prix Championship is $58.85, which includes food and beverage. To register, call Three Rivers Karting at 412-527-8464 or send a check or money order made out to Three Rivers Karting and mail to event coordinator, Branden Lockwich, 200 Pine Valley Drive, Imperial, PA 15126 or RUSH Racing, 4368 US 422, Pulaski, PA 16143. Deadline for entry is August 3.

Anyone can also "arrive and drive" go-karts throughout the day and evening. The annual membership will be waived for this night; one race is $17, three races is $43, and five races is $65. The "RUSH Hour 30" will be shown on the televisions throughout Three Rivers Karting between 7-8 p.m. Food and beverage, which includes wings, pizza, snacks, and beverages, will be available to the general public for $8. This fee also grants access to the mezzanine observation level, which also has additional televisions that will be showing the "RUSH Hour 30".

This will be a great precursor to the "Jook George Steel City Classic" that will take place two nights later on Saturday, August 11 at Pittsburgh's PA Motor Speedway paying a minimum of $6,010 to-win for the Sweeney RUSH Late Model Touring Series.

"We're really excited about this Watch Party and the RUSH Grand Prix at Three Rivers Karting," stated RUSH Director Vicki Emig. "Last year, Daryl stepped up to get involved with sponsorship for the inaugural MAVTV broadcast, which was great timing for him to get the Three Rivers Karting name out there in coordination with the grand opening of his facility. This year, we came up with the idea to have Three Rivers Karting host a Watch Party and thought it would be fun to get RUSH racers together and compete in the karts. We also want to invite all fans, promoters, sponsors, crewmembers, etc. to come out and enjoy the night and do the 'arrive and drive' karting as well."

Three Rivers Karting is located at 541 Ave B, Leetsdale, PA 15056 and is the premier indoor karting facility in the Pittsburgh Tri-State area. The owners are racing and car enthusiasts, who made it their mission to design and build a state-of-the-art facility that captures and delivers a true racing experience. Visitors can expect to feel immense excitement and an adrenaline rush while racing on 3RK’s adventurous track.

The karts are equipped with the latest electric karting technology, providing drivers with instant power and torque that are capable of speeds up to 50 MPH. No other karting facility in the Tri-State area provides drivers with this unique experience. Racing spectators will have the opportunity to watch a race from the ground level, but can also experience it from the observation deck located on the second floor.
