Proposal for Outhouse

I propose that 4M create a new area for complaining and grumbling named Outhouse. When I (mostly a lurker) click on Results, Gossip, or Tech, that is what I would like to read about. If I want to read complaints, gripes, and whines I could go to the Outhouse. When a post gets off topic or changes course, it could be moved to that area and the trolls could have at it!
