I wonder when they will make a decision based on weather or adjust the schedule. I saw Lucas Oil Speedway already adjusted to Sat and Sun now with early start times. Good move by them.

Saturday doesn't look horrible. High of 54 and sunny. Not great but doable.

You are right. Saturday is looking okay. It has gone up from 48 to 54 in the last couple days which is good!

the main problem saturday is the 10-20 mph wind they are calling for. that kind of wind and temps in the 40s at race time will be pretty chilly. probably not going to stop me from making the 3 hour drive though lol.

Yeah it’s definitely to risky of a weather situation for me to take a day off and drive 8 hours. Hopefully the pdc next year tho!

They should move it back a week and hope the weather is better.

It's Illinios in October they knew the risk of weather when it got rescheduled. this was same weekend last year for the Sprint/midget race and they canceled it 2 weeks in advance. Friday is not looking good at all if they get the rain it will be a late night. Saturday looks good and starts at 515 with hot laps.

Run 2 complete shows on Saturday. Start at 11 and run Friday’s show. When it’s complete, clear the grandstands and then let people back in at 5. Probably need to pay some extra workers to check tickets at grandstand gates, but at least we’d get both races in. Maybe have a bigger crowd as well.

Love the idea! And they could make it work too. They are not answering any questions on FB about rain plans or schedule adjustments.

I'd be surprised if the Friday portion would be made up at all. Let's hope the precipitation is minimal.
