ADAIRSVILLE, GA – Mike Lane of Wing, AL is the 2019 Durrence Layne Performance Parts Street Stock Division National Champion. Jason Baker of Addison, AL had an opportunity to take the title with a win in Week 29 competition. Baker traveled to Southern Raceway in Milton, FL on Saturday night and finished sixth.

Lane tops the Durrence Layne Performance Parts Street Stock Division standings with a best 14-week total of 698 points. Lane drove the Lane Racing Special to 13 wins, 20 top five finishes and 24 top ten finishes in 25 races. Baker will finish second with a best 14-week total of 697 points driving the Carden Construction Special. Baker had 13 wins, 23 top five finishes and 28 top ten finishes in 29 races.

Hayden Moran of Covington, LA finishes third in the 2019 Durrence Layne Performance Parts Street Stock Division National standings with a best 14-week total of 695 points. In 38 races, Moran had nine wins, 24 top five finishes and 30 top ten finishes driving the We Buy Junk Cars Special. Moran had a fourth-place finish on Saturday night at Southern Raceway and was unable to net on a 49.

The 2018 Durrence Layne Performance Parts Street Stock World Champion T.J. Herndon of Atwood, TN will take the fourth spot in the 2019 Durrence Layne Performance Parts Street Stock Division National standings with a best 14-week total of 692 points. Herndon drove the Race Tek Race Cars Special to ten wins, 20 top five finishes and 21 top ten finishes in 22 races.

Eddie Rhinehart of Lawrenceburg, TN is fifth in the 2019 Durrence Layne Performance Parts Street Stock Division National standings with a best 14-week total of 687 points. Rhinehart and Jeremy Eaton of Wiggins, MS both had a best 14-week total of 687 points. To figure out the tie-breaker, officials had to go deep into the standings.

Rhinehart and Eaton both had five 50-point wins. Rhinehart and Eaton both had five 49-point second-place finishes. Eaton took his fifth 49-point second-place finish Saturday night at Southern Raceway. Third-place finishes decided the tie-breaker. Rhinehart had five 48-point third-place finishes, while Eaton had four 48-point third-place finishes. Eaton will finish sixth in the National standings.

For the 2019 Durrence Layne Performance Parts Street Stock Division season, Rhinehart had six wins, 17 top five finishes and 18 top ten finishes in 18 races driving the Summertown Metals Special. Eaton drove the Parker’s Towing Special to six wins, 22 top five finishes and 24 top ten finishes in 27 races.

Jason Hollis of Ethelsville, AL will finish seventh in the 2019 Durrence Layne Performance Parts Street Stock Division National standings after driving the Hollis Racing Special to a best 14-week total of 679 points. Hollis had four wins, 14 top five finishes and 18 top ten finishes in 20 races.

Dylan Hamilton of Cantonment, FL ends up eighth in the 2019 Durrence Layne Performance Parts Street Stock Division National standings with a best 14 week total of 678 points. The 14-year-old driver spent the better part of the first half of the season on top of the points list. In 25 races, Hamilton had three wins, 17 top five finishes and 22 top ten finishes driving the Hamilton Motorsports Special.

Landon Jackson of Norco, LA finished seventh on Saturday night at Southern Raceway to earn two points by netting on a 42. That brought his best 14-week total to 667 points to secure the ninth spot in the 2019 Durrence Layne Performance Parts Street Stock Division National standings. Jackson had three wins, 13 top five finishes and 19 top ten finishes driving the Jackson JR Trucking Special in 20 races.

Joe Rachel of Elmer, LA made a 49-point second-place finish on Saturday night at Thunder Valley Speedway in Glenmora, AL in his 14th and final week to earn full points count big as it moved him into the tenth and final points fund paying spot in the 2019 Durrence Layne Performance Parts Street Stock Division standings. Bobby Chandler of Dry Prong, LA won the race in the Chandler Racing Special.

Rachel had a 14-week total of 665 points to take the tenth spot in the 2019 Durrence Layne Performance Parts Street Stock Division National standings. In 14 races, Rachel drove the Ace Auto Sales Special to 13 top five finishes and 14 top ten finishes. Rachel beat Derek Perkins of Oakdale, LA for the tenth spot by just one point.
