Dublin is part of the (extensive) Taylor family property, and is adjacent to Ron's "Lu-Mil Vineyards"...they'll never part is out and sell it separately...the only chance for Dublin, and it's very slim, would be a lease.

That's the Lloyd Ashby #00 coach, usually a pavement car. Those sweet-gum trees in the background don't look like Cumberland.

Lloyd drove it, but wasn't his. Driven originally by Gerald Compton, and a time or 2 by Paul Radford, but owned and built by my step-father. And not usually a pavement car, always a pavement car. Won a bunch in Fayetteville.

Ears to the rails, train enthusiasts. Could it be a Kentucky transplant now living in Wilmington? Check it out. Might want to turn this potential carp pond site into a real race track!

I was told today about the reconfiguration and I must say I'm excited about. These guys really seem like they are gonna back up their talk.

    Send a drone over Dublin......take measurements......copy it.

Can't tell you how many times I've heard over the years......man if Dublin had fayettevilles facility or Fayetteville had dublins track this place would be perfect.

Sounds like now might be the best chance to make that a reality.

Fayetteville's straights are longer, but its turns are tighter than Dublin.
