Looks like big news in the Great Lakes region for sprint cars..

Great Lakes Super Sprints: acquired the Michigan Traditional Sprints (Now GLTS) and has also started a Lightning sprint series (Former Hirams lightning sprints) that were based at the now defunct Cherry raceway and Merritt Speedway.

The Great Lakes Crate series (Originally a late model series) Is possibly thinking of a 602 crate sprint series with rules similar to Plymouth speedway or Oshwekan.

Sprints On Dirt: Unlimited rules will be the highlight of the series again in 2020. The spec tire that the series was on will be waved in 2020 and the series will go to a standard size tire with compound limits to be announced.

With schedules yet to be released, could we see additional Allstar, USAC, FAST, WoO, USAC, BOSS, ASCS or an IRA show in Michigan for 2020 on top of these great shows?
