Schaeffer’s Iron-Man Late Models, Brucebilt Iron-Man Modifieds Close 2019 Season with Fourth Annual Leftover at 411 Motor Speedway November 30

SOMERSET, KENTUCKY - November 19, 2019 - The fourth edition of The Leftover at 411 Motor Speedway in Seymour, TN on Saturday November 30 will conclude the 2019 racing seasons for the Schaeffer’s Oil Iron-Man Championship Late Model Series presented by DirtonDirt.com and the Brucebilt Performance Iron-Man Modified Series, with the Schaeffer’s Oil Iron-Man Late Models racing for $5,000 to win and the Brucebilt Performance Iron-Man Modifieds racing for $1,200 to win.

The fourth annual Leftover will take place on Saturday November 30 and will feature the series championship event for the Schaeffer’s Oil Iron-Man Championship Late Model Series presented by DirtonDirt.com, racing for $5,000 to win and $450 to start. It will also be the series championship event for the Brucebilt Performance Iron-Man Modified Series, with the open-wheel warriors racing for $1,200 to win. Also in competition at 411 Motor Speedway at the fourth annual Leftover on Saturday November 30 will be the track’s Crate Late Models, 602 Late Models, Front Wheel Drives, and an Enduro, with Crate Late Models racing for $1,500 to win, 602 Late Models racing for $600 to win, Front Wheel Drives racing for $500 to win, and the event will conclude with an Enduro, paying $1,200 to win (based on 30 cars) (100 laps). The Crate Late Model, 602 Late Model, Front Wheel Drive, and Enduro divisions will race under 411 Motor Speedway rules and those division rules can be found at www.411motorspeedway.net and by contacting tech director Joe Byrd at (865) 776-1798. In addition, all divisions in competition at 411 Motor Speedway must have window nets on the cars, drivers must wear gloves, and all drivers must have a working RACEceiver (NO exceptions to these rules).

Activities for the fourth annual Leftover at 411 Motor Speedway on Saturday November 30 will see the pit area open at 9:00 a.m. The general admission will open on Saturday November 30 at 11:00 a.m. as well. The drivers meeting will take place at 11:30 a.m., with practice laps, time trials, and green-flag racing to follow. Ticket prices for the fourth annual Leftover at 411 Motor Speedway on Saturday November 30 in the general admission area will be $15 for adults, with children ages 12 and under free, while a pit pass and/or tier parking will be $35 for adults, with children ages 12 being $15.

The Schaeffer’s Oil Iron-Man Championship Late Model Series will sanction the Super Late Model portion of the program. The entry fee will be $100, plus transponder rental fee for timing/scoring purposes. The tire rule for the event will be as follows: Hoosier 1350, 1600 and LM40 along with the American Racer 48 and 56 tires allowed on all four wheels of the race cars. All non-qualifier Late Model drivers receive $50 tow money and random tire samples will be taken by the series. No droop rule used for this event.

The Brucebilt Performance Iron-Man Modified Series will sanction the Open Wheel Modified portion of the program at 411 Motor Speedway on Saturday November 24. The entry fee will be $25, plus transponder rental for timing/scoring purposes. The Open Wheel Modified tire rule will be as follows: Hoosier M30 or M60 and American Racer Hard and Extra Hard. The Hoosier M60 and American Racer Extra Hard is an option on the right rear of the cars and all tires can be siped, but no grooving of any tire is allowed. Random tire samples will be taken by the series. Drivers not making the feature event will receive $25 tow money.

Robby Moses of Maryville, TN leads the 2019 Schaeffer’s Oil Iron-Man Championship Late Model Series presented by DirtonDirt.com points chase by 90 points over Joseph Faulkner of Fayetteville, TN, with defending series champion Joey Standridge of Tellico Plains, TN, Casey Turman of Lafayette, GA, and Donald McIntosh of Dawsonville, GA sitting in position three through five in the points. Defending series champion Clayton Miller of Elkton, KY leads the Brucebilt Performance Iron-Man Modified Series points by 46 markers over Jesse Rupe of Sophia, WV, while Amos Bunch of Wartburg, TN, Wayne James of Newport, TN, and Rick Standridge of Vanore, TN hold down third through fifth position in points coming into the final event.

The Schaeffer’s Oil Iron-Man Late Model Series presented by DirtonDirt.com last competed on September 2 at Tri-County Race Track in Brasstown, NC and David Payne of Murphy, NC would become the ninth different winner with the tour in 2019 with that victory. The Brucebilt Performance Iron-Man Modified Series last competed at Tazewell Speedway in Tazewell, TN on September 1 and Ricky Arms of Moss, TN pick up his second tour victory of the 2019 season.

This event will not close out the 2019 season at 411 Motor Speedway, as the tenth annual Hangover event is set for Saturday December 28, with Super Late Models and Open Wheel Modifieds in action promoted by CT Promotions, with other divisions in competition to be announced.

The Leftover first appeared on the 411 Motor Speedway schedule in 2016 and Dale McDowell of Chickamauga, Ga. captured the $5,000 to win CT Promotions sanctioned event over Jimmy Owens, Donald McIntosh, Jackie Boggs and Jason Hiett, K.C. Burdette took the $1,200 payday in the Open Wheel Modified portion of the event, also sanctioned by CT Promotions, over Jimmy Owens, Lucas Lee, Clayton Miller and Victor Lee last season. The 2017 Leftover event would see the Schaeffer’s Oil Iron-Man Championship Late Model Series sanction the Super Late Model portion of the event and Jackie Boggs of Grayson, KY would claim the victory over Casey Roberts, Johnny Cloer, Jr., Devin Moran, and Stephen Breeding. The 2017 Modified portion of the program would be sanctioned by the Brucebilt Performance Iron-Man Modified Series and Don Adams of London, KY would score the win over Tommy Bailey, Jody Puckett, Keith Smith, and Ervin Vance. In 2018, Scott James of Lawrenceburg, IN win the Schaeffer’s Oil Iron-Late Model Series finale at the Leftover and would take the checkered flag over Chris Garnes, Jackie Boggs, Chicky Barton, and Victor Lee, while Lucas Lee of Paris, TN won the Brucebilt Performance Iron-Man Modified Series portion of the event over Keith Smith, Clayton Miller, Shon Flanary, and Victor Lee.
