ADAIRSVILLE, GA – The Crate Racin’ USA New Year’s Eve Party will have champagne corks popping in Hartsville, SC, as Newsome Raceway Parts has signed on to be the Title Sponsor of Crate Racin’ USA for the 2020 racing season. Newsome Raceway Parts will also become the Official Chevrolet Performance Engine and Parts Supplier for Crate Racin’ USA.

Newsome Raceway Parts is a Division of Raceway Chevrolet in Hartsville, SC. They carry a complete line of Chevrolet Performance Engines and Parts for the three Chevrolet Performance Racing Engines used by Crate Racin’ USA competitors in two Touring Series and four Weekly Racing Series Divisions.

Crate Racin’ USA is America’s leader in affordable racing, largely due to economical Chevrolet Performance Racing Engines, three of which are used in Crate Racin’ USA racing Divisions. All three engines are built and sealed at the factory to prevent any expensive modifications. Crate Racin’ USA also has a network of Certified Rebuilders that are authorized to repair and rebuild the engines and reseal them with seals issued by Crate Racin’ USA.

The Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Dirt Late Model Series will begin its 16th consecutive season this weekend with the $3,000-to-win 29th Annual Ice Bowl at Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, AL, the first race of the 3rd Annual Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Winter Shootout Series.

Along with the Late Models, the Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Street Stock Division, the Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Late Model Sportsman Division, and the Newsome Raceway Parts Modified Sportsman Division will also compete in the Ice Bowl.

The Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Dirt Late Model Series allows the Chevrolet Performance 604 and 602 Circle Track Engines. The Chevrolet Performance 604 Engine is a 400 horsepower aluminum head steel block racing engine. The Chevrolet Performance 602 Engine is a 350 horsepower steel head steel block racing engine.

These two Chevrolet Performance Circle Track Engines are also prominent in the Newsome Raceway Parts Weekly Racing Series that sanctions racing at numerous weekly dirt tracks in the Southeast and Midwest.

The Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Late Model Division with the Chevrolet Performance 604 and 602 Engines are a part of the Newsome Raceway Parts Weekly Racing Series. The Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Late Model Sportsman Division exclusively uses the Chevrolet Performance 602 Engine in Weekly Racing Series competition.

The Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Street Stock Division and the Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Modified Sportsman Division has two engine options for Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Weekly Racing Series action, and the Chevrolet Performance 602 is the engine of choice in both Divisions.
