New redraw format?

I noticed tonight the second place heat cars redrew for positions 5 through 8 and the winners drew for top four.

I thought they instituted that last year? It's the Madden rule. Lol. He cried all the time in 2018 about redraws.

No it's actually the "clanton" rule it came about after clanton couldn't win from eight and had horrible luck with the pill draw

I remember him whining like a little 3 year old about that. He sounded like he would have also cried like a little baby in the old days of the Renegade STARS if he would've finished 6th in the 6 lap dash that they ran every race !
