ADAIRSVILLE, GA – Event Promoters, track owners and motorsports personnel are invited to attend the Southeastern Promoters Workshop this Friday at the Gatlinburg, TN Convention Center. The itinerary of diverse speakers includes industry leaders from a variety of backgrounds and disciplines.

In addition to presentations by the panelists, there will also be a question and answer session with each speaker. Vendors will also have displays for attendees to look at that include several innovative equipment to aid towards a smoother, safer, and more profitable night of motorsports entertainment.

The list of Workshop speakers includes Kate Dillon with Winning Motorsports Marketing, Bill Martens with Chevrolet Performance, National Sprint Car Hall of Fame 360 Promoter of the Year Nominee Pete Walton with the United Sprint Car Series, Josh Holt with My Race Pass, “Dr. Dirt” Johnny Stokes with Magnolia Motor Speedway, and Adam Stewart with Crate Racin’ USA.

The doors to the Gatlinburg Convention Center will open this Friday at 7:45 a.m. for Vendor Setup. The doors for attendees will open at 8:30 a.m. with a Meet and Greet with a Continental Breakfast until 9 a.m. The Workshop will get underway at 9:15 a.m. and run until 5 p.m. with a Lunch Break from 11:45 a.m. until 1:15 p.m.

From 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., there will be (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)tails and Hors’ D’oeuvers served compliments of the Southeastern Promoters Workshop hosts Crate Racin’ USA, Hoosier Racing Tires and RaceCeiver.

The Gatlinburg Convention Center is located at 234 Historic Nature Trail, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. Southeastern Promoters Workshop Attendees are asked to enter the Gatlinburg Convention Center at the W.L. Mills Conference Center Entrance. Parking is available in the Public Parking Lots adjacent to the Convention Center.
