I was looking back at some of the older races from the Blue Gray and the other big races at Cherokee and came across some names that I haven't heard in a while and was wondering what happened to them. Royce Bray, Wesley Hood are to of the names that have me wondering where they are now

Yes, towed the car from turn 3 out the gate to the edge of the property upside down! Personally thought he had it coming, we rode around under caution for two laps, he comes out of the pits and runs down Noel Tucker' hits him and both cars flip (still under caution).... They told him not to go back onto the track if he was going to do something stupid, he did it anyway.....

I’ve seen Brent’s name in crate results in and around Virginia the last couple years.

I think this name has been asked about in the past as well (maybe even by me...I forget), but how about Ricky Weeks (I believe that is his name). I recall him being a hot shoe in that area in the late 90's or so...?

He races in the blue ridge outlaw class. Idk if its weekly or just hit and miss but hes still active

I saw him flip at 311 one night that seemed to have taken a lot of wind out of his sails for a few years.......he was on a tear for a good five years or so before that wreck.

He wins a lot again these days in that blue ridge series.....good to see.

Word around us is Royce Bray will be in the 602 Thunder Series this year piloting the Grifco Racing car that Jeremy Mayfield has driven the past couple of years

Wesley Hood quit to be with family and help run the family multi-million dollar business.

Royce Bray was running local tracks in the NE Ga area last year (Toccoa, Hartwell, Lavonia). Seen him win a couple 602 Late Model features 1st hand at Lavonia. Also heard about him in the Grifco Racing car this year.
