Would not expect many Lucas drivers. After talking with a bunch of people at Volusia the droop rule has a much bigger effect on the performance of the car then Ray Cook or WoO officials make it seem. Lucas Oil series has no plans to to change their rules so I wouldn't expect many teams to run WoO events this year outside of the high paying races.
-
That’s why Jimmy Owens won 3 in a row? Droop rule is even for everyone. There may have been some testing but Volusia was the first races with the rule for everyone.

Tuty

Owens did.
I think the Rocket guys were smart, Mark especially, and prepared for the rule. And passed that information on to his guys.
Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.

Here is 4 more for Duck River and maybe SM - Bobby Pierce - Tanner English - David Brannon - Christian Hanger

Says Owens is going to be at Smokey Mountain but not Duck River
-
Weather looking real good for these two special events, with no chance of rain according to the weather guessers !
-
New times set for Smoky Mountain: gates open at noon, drivers meeting at 4:45, hot laps 5:15
-
