ADAIRSVILLE, GA – Crate Racin’ USA officials have announced the 25-race 2020 Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Dirt Late Model Series National Touring schedule of events. The 16th season for America’s Leader In Affordable Racing will visit 11 different tracks in five different state over 14 weekends.

The 2020 Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Dirt Late Model Series will once again feature a season points fund that will reward the Top 10 drivers at season’s end with the National Champion pocketing $10,000. In addition to the point fund, the Top 10 drivers in the point standings with perfect attendance will also be eligible for the Winner’s Circle Program.

The Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Dirt Late Model Series Winner’s Circle Program will pay $200 to each Top 5 driver in the National Point Standings with perfect attendance at each race, and $125 to drivers sixth through tenth in the National points with perfect attendance.

Greenville Speedway in Greenville, MS will open the 2020 Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Dirt Late Model Series season with a pair of races that make up the Rumble On The Gumbo on April 3 and April 4. The April 3 race will be a $2,000-to-win 40-lap race, and the April 4 event will pay $2,500-to-win and run for 50 laps.

North Alabama Speedway in Tuscumbia, AL will host three events on the 2020 schedule. The first race will be the $3,000-to-win 50-lap Shoals Showdown on April 18. NAS will also present the two-race King of the Crates weekend on August 28 with a $2,000-to-win 40-lap race, and on August 29 with a $3,000-to-win 50-lap race.

Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, AL will take up its five traditional spots on the Newsome Raceway Parts CRUSA National Touring schedule. The first of two NASCAR Weekend events will happen on April 24 with a $2,000-to-win 40-lap race and a $2,500-to-win 50-lap race on April 25.

Talladega Short Track will present the first race of the Salute To America Nationals with a $2,500-to-win 50-lap race on July 3. Cochran Motor Speedway in Cochran, GA will host the second Salute To America race on July 4 with a $2,500-to-win 50-lap event.

The second NASCAR Weekend at TST will be on October 2 with a $2,000-to-win 40-lap race and a $2,500-to-win 50-lap race on October 3. Five new venues will be on the 2020 Newsome Raceway Parts CRUSA Dirt Late Model Series National Touring schedule of events.

The Newsome Raceway Parts CRUSA Dirt Late Model Series will make its first appearance in the Pelican State with its first visit to Thunder Valley Speedway in Glenmora, LA for a pair of $2,500-to-win 50-lap races to be called the Battle On The Bayou on May 23 and May 24. Another first-time visit will take place on May 29 and May 30 at Tri County Speedway in Flomaton, AL.

The $2,000-to-win Salute To First Responders 40 will take place at Tri County Speedway on May 29, and on May 30, Tri County Speedway will present the $2,500-to-win Freedom 50 for the Newsome Raceway Parts CRUSA Dirt Late Model Series.

Another new event for 2020 will be the $3,000-to-win Spring City 50 on June 27 at the newly renovated Mountain Raceway Park in Spring City, TN. Thunderhill Raceway Park in Summertown, TN will host the series for the first time when they present the King of the Hill 50 on with a $2,500-to-win 50-lap race on August 8.

The signature event of the Newsome Raceway Parts CRUSA Dirt Late Model Series, the 100-lap 16th Annual Chevrolet Performance World Championship Race will now pay $20,000-to-win and move to Labor Day Weekend at Cochran Motor Speedway on September 5 and 6. South Georgia will have another new track on the schedule when Needmore Speedway in Norman Park, GA will present a $5,000-to-win 60-lap race on September 26.

Magnolia Motor Speedway in Columbus, MS returns to the Newsome Raceway Parts CRUSA Dirt Late Model Series National Touring schedule with the Inaugural Hoosier Racing Tire Crate Super Nationals on November 5, 6, and 7. The purse and distance of the race will be announced at a later date, as details are still being worked out for this new event.

The 2020 Newsome Raceway Parts CRUSA Dirt Late Model Series National Tour will conclude with another inaugural big event, the $10,000-to-win Deep South 100 at Deep South Speedway in Loxley, AL on November 13 and 14. It will be the first visit to Deep South Speedway for CRUSA since 2007.

Crate Racin’ USA officials still have four dates on the 2020 National Touring schedule to fill on April 17, May 22, June 26, and August 7. There are still negotiations underway for additional dates.
