Default Coronavirus and the Lucas races next weekend

Should they postpone until this passes?

We all know the demographics of race fans tends to be older people.

No disrespect but you must be an idiot. I got an idea; let's listen to the media blow it way out of proportion.

Some of us are going to Atlanta for Nascar this weekend, and have to worry about a much bigger crowd and the risks! It's no joking matter, truthfully! It's a tough decision, but we all can't just stop going anywhere! Been looking forward to Lucas return to Dega for some time!

The local coffee shops aren't letting people bring their own mugs anymore, but you can still pay in CASH! Let that sink in.

Catching the flu is still a much higher risk. It's all a false hype to scare people.

That would be dumb. Only gullible snowflake liberals would believe the fake media hysteria.

To be fair, if you got the flu last year and Corona this year, you would be 10x more likely to die from Corona. That said, it isn't a high enough rate to be scared.

Think I'll just try and be more aware right now, wash my hands a little better, stay right with the man upstairs and take my chances at the track like always.

To just pretend it doesn't exist ... is pretty naive. The medical community is taking this very seriously. It's a legitimate concern. With every other strain of flu, there's a vaccination. There is no vaccination for COVID-19 yet. I'm not walking around with a mask on all day, but I'm making sure I don't take any unnecessary risks. It didn't prevent me from going to Smoky Mountain last week and it won't stop me from going to whatever my next public event is either.
