Officials with the FASTRAK Racing Series powered by Chevrolet Performance have announced the addition of Ohio Valley Speedway to the 2020 schedule. The Washington, WV oval will host the tour on August 7th for $2,000 to win and $250 to start. The Ohio Valley Motorsports Group, which also operates nearby Tyler County Speedway, announced they had purchased the 62-year old facility in a press release on March 8th.

“I’m thrilled to announce the tour date at Ohio Valley Speedway,” said FASTRAK Vice President DJ Irvine, “We have a great relationship with the Ohio Valley Motorsports Group and look forward to continuing that at Ohio Valley Speedway.”

The race will mark the first ever race for the FASTRAK Racing Series powered by Chevrolet Performance at Ohio Valley Speedway. The event will be the night before the 10th Annual UBB Miners Memorial at Princeton Speedway. Ohio Valley Speedway will also be running the FASTRAK Late Models on other occasions in 2020, in which members will be eligible for points towards the FASTRAK VP Racing Fuels National Weekly Championship.
