Last night at Silver Dollar Speedway the first night of the two night Silver Cup for winged 260 Sprint Cars and the Dwarf cars went on, sort of, as planned.

The Governor mandated that only the first 250 people through the gate for the grandstands would be allowed and they must sit 6 feet from each other due to the concerns of the Coronavirus. Has our sport been driven to such a back gate deal that promoters can afford such a relatively high purse? I hope not but that won't likely be a worry tonight as solid rains in the area will probably cause a cancellation.

Justyn Cox was last night's 360 winner for those who care. Don't know the Dwarf winner.
