It'll take until mid 2021 just to get through the 5 step process. Look at MI. They don't even have a plan in place yet and it's a week into May almost. No wonder people are moving from MI, IL, NY, NJ and CA.

I hope I'm wrong. But, with this Governor here in Illinois. I would say Dirt Track Racing in this State could very well be done for this year. As far as any racing with fans in stands.

I'm more curious to see how they go about with college and professional sports. Wouldn't be fair for Illinois men's basketball for example to play at home without fans but go to Minnesota and play and having opposing fans there.
