Birky badmouthing Bloomer on DOD

I didn't take it as him bad mouthing. I took it as an honest opinion of how the guy feels. He gave compliments and even gave him the edge as the best of all time. Why can't people just respect a guy for being honest even if you don't agree with his opinion? Its nice to have something that isn't a vanilla canned interview sometimes.

I've always wondered this. Does Brian Birkhofer have a business or work in the racing world? Seems pretty business minded. Or does he just race for a living?

Not 100% positive but Brian may have a fabrication shop. Dave (Brian's dad) use to do so some really cool custom car work and think I remember him saying that Brian was doing some of that (sat with Dave a couple of years ago in the stands at West Liberty).

He's talked about building hot rods of rat rods in other interviews I've heard.
