From June 14th it seems like they can have fans at 50% capacity . USAC scheduled a sprint race for that day and midget week a couple days later

Stage 3 is ready to go starting this Friday when the governor announces it. Stage 4 is set for June 14th IF the number of Covid 19 cases remains manageable and the death rate doesn't climb out of sight. Looking forward to the reopening of race tracks for fans to be able to enjoy getting out and following along with their favorite sport.

USAC National Sprint Cars are scheduled to race at Haubstadt on June 14th and Indiana Midget Week, which is all USAC sanctioned, is scheduled for 6 straight nights from June 16th through June 21st. Tickets are sold online only. Ticket sales will be limited to 50% of each individual venue's total capacity with no concessions available.

Haven't seen any information pertaining to camping, or any restrictions thereof, at Haubstadt or any of the 6 IMW tracks.

Really, really hope there aren't any coronavirus infections traced back to any of these events. If that happens it might be this time next year before Illinois allows racing.

Indiana will no doubt make or break the future for surrounding states when it comes to large gatherings. Their phased opening plan dates are well ahead of connecting states. Not just race tracks but just talking the state as a whole.
