Track officials have agreed to put on Saturday nightís 3rd Annual Freedom 50 as a $3,000-to-win $300-to-start race.

The top Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Raciní USA Dirt Late Model Series drivers are entered for Round 3 of the 2020 National Tour. Cody Overton of Grovetown, GA, who won the season opener on May 23 at Cochran Motor Speedway in Cochran, GA, leads both the National point standings and the Cruise With The Champions Rookie of the Year point standings.

Cruz Skinner of Oxford, AL is currently third in the points chase and he was the 2019 National Championship Runner-Up and the Cruise With The Champions Rookie of the Year. Parker Martin of Milledgeville, GA is fourth in the National point standings, and the 15-year-old driver also leads the VP Racing Fuels Young Gun Challenge Series point standings.

On Saturday, the Pit Gate at Tri-County Speedway opens at 3 p.m. with Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Raciní USA Dirt Late Model Series Registration and Pre-Race Technical Inspection from 3:30 p.m. to 6 :30 p.m. The Drivers Meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. with Racing set for 7 p.m. for the 3rd Annual Freedom 50 paying $3,000-to-win and $300-to-start.
