    Default Eldora 2020

Well, I have definitely learned something after these 3 nights at the Big E. I have always wondered why they took so long to run the races. Did anyone notice how fast these shows were ran and over with? Amazing how quickly they got them over with.

You can do that with only 48 cars

One thing I don't understand about eldora is why they start so early looks like if they started a little later it wouldn't be so dusty with no more races to run than they had last night.

Absolutely great three days of racing. The Saturday Feature was as good as any race I have seen. Cheers to Tony and Roger Slack for an outstanding weekend of racing!!!

Eldora always runs an efficient show. Unless you’re referring to the old days when they’d qualify over 200 cars Friday evening and then run three non-qualifier features afterwards? It’s definitely not like that nowadays.

I remember in the early 80’s after qualifying 200+ cars they would also run a support class. Street stocks if I remember right. I was about 13/14 years old and we sat in the bleachers until 3 am to watch it all.

You are correct 427.I was one of those street stockers and remember not hitting the track until two to three in the morning. Made for a long day.
