ADAIRSVILLE, GA – Eight races in four different states will make up Week 4 of the 2020 Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Weekly Racing Series Late Model Sportsman Division season. Just three points separate the top three drivers in the National standings.

All eight races will be contested on Saturday night at All Tech Raceway in Lake City, FL, Camden Speedway in Camden, TN, Duck River Raceway Park in Lewisburg, TN, Jackson Motor Speedway in Jackson, MS, Moulton Speedway in Danville, AL, Talladega Short Track in Eastaboga, AL, Tri-County Speedway in Flomaton, AL, and Whynot Motorsports Park in Meridian, MS.

Ryan King of Anniston, AL is the Newsome Raceway Parts Late Model Sportsman National point leader with 150 points. King will be looking for his fourth win of the season in as many weeks in Week 4 competition. Brett White of Kosciusko, MS is one point back in the second spot with 149 points and two wins this season.

Morgen Lambert of Booneville, MS picked up his first Newsome Raceway Parts Late Model Sportsman win of the 2020 season last Saturday night. Lambert is third in the National points with 147 points. Blake Ray of Russellville, AL is fourth with 141 points, while Ryan Wilson of Margaret, AL and Sherman Everette of Morris, AL are tied for fifth with 140 points apiece.

Sam Ramsey and Levi Aldridge of Double Springs, AL are tied for the seventh spot in the Late Model Sportsman National standings with 139 points apiece. Tony Chaney of Tuscumbia, AL holds down the ninth spot with 137 points, and Austin Steele of Moulton, AL rounds out the top ten of the standings with 136 points.

Drivers in the Newsome Raceway Parts Crate Racin’ USA Weekly Racing Series Late Model Sportsman Division will compete for both a weekly point fund and a National point fund over a 22 Week season that runs through November 1. A driver will count his best 11 weekly point races for their National point total.
