Default Billy Moyer Sr a Jr?

Is Billy Moyer Sr actually a jr? If so wouldn't that make his son Billy Moyer the third?

If I remember correctly, I believe he actually went by Billy Moyer Jr, at times until Jr. (the third) started racing.

Billy Moyer Sr, Sr, is Billy Moyer Jr, Jr's grandfather. Billy Jr, is Billy Jr, Jr's dad...

Yes, it’s been discussed on here 100 times. I get a great joy out of calling his son Billy Moyer Jr. Jr. , because I know it would annoy the crap out of them.

I don't think that the original jr.. was a jr. but the current Jr. is a junior..

    Waldo..

I was actually watching an old race, tv listed him as Billy Moyer Jr and the announcers called him that.

On a side note Im not sure why a simple question triggers people so bad.. quite weird.

So, Billy Moyer is just Billy Moyer even though he had Jr. on his cars for years... And then you have jr. now..........

Back in the 80’s it was simply - Bill Moyer of Iowa, and Billy Jr. of Batesville Ark. Then came Billy Jr the III.

You can not be a junior and the third............life dosen't work that way.... That's how we know Billy Moyer Junior is true. This means Billy Moyer was never a junior. His dad had a different name........Maybe Bill
