After running so horribly all year, and then to win a Lucas race shortly after AB arrived......it's either a turnaround or just a fluke with some dumb luck mixed in.
Where is the move over flag when you need it?????

yeah i thought he has run better since the new crew chief, or help arrived.
could be luck, but at least his name was in the top 10 and not in the provisional list like at beginning of year.
I think there should be lifeguards in the genepool.

I would assume the person referring to EPJ's season turning around would be the addition of Anthony Burroughs (was working w/ Brian Shirley)

Casey Roberts is available, maybe he'll take the car vacated by O'Neal.

I noticed he hasn't been racing and he took his website down.

They should put Cody Mahoney or Jason Jameson in it. Both could give feedback to give the piece some speed.

DOD article says Casey has left his ride & has a new job outside of racing to support his family.

Jim Beeman has to have some sort of record for going through the most drivers.

Burrows and Shirley had a horrible start to the season before their split. Shirley is now closing in on another Summer Nats title. Who knows how the wind blows tomorrow

Not saying AB is any good, but the difficulty level of those 2 endeavors are nowhere near the same.

Jabber Jaws I agree 100%. I kept hoping Cody would at least work with them. I worked at Mastersbilt a few years. I know Tader has the knowledge and Hudson can drive. It's just hard being the only car out there running with those guys. Nobody to bounce setup's off of. I don't think Hudson would leave without a deal somewhat in place. The two familys are to good of friends. Maybe The Real Deall?

I didn't think Shirley started out the year all that bad. In the first two months of the season (NM/AZ, GA/FL, and Clarksville), in 25 starts he had:

    15 top 10s
    11 top 5s
    3 wins

Not outstanding, but not all that bad.

Then they went to GA/FL round 2 and ran outside of the top ten every night but one, and that was it....

Without question he is back in his wheelhouse now on the SummerNationals tour. Gotta at least give a small mention to the level of competition compared to WoO/Lucas.

I'd like to see Tader make a call to Rumley after he finds a driver.

Brian Shirley is racing Jason Feger and Frank Heckenast Jr.

Earl Pearson is racing Jimmy Owens and Jonathan Davenport

    Not even the same level.

You're right. It's alot easier for Owen's & JD to pass EPJ, than it is for Squirrel to pass Feger and Frankie.😂

EPJ got his yearly win. Let's not get all excited like the Hurricane is going to go rip off 5 or 6 more in the next month.

Would love to see it, b/c I like EPJ, but not happening.

Nice run by EPJ tonight. Done without the help of any cautions.
