No Southern Nationals 2020 race has drawn less than 20 entries, including perfect attendance from 4 drivers ranked in DoD’s top 25. I do think it’s time to bump the minimum pay to win up to $4,000.

They've at least bumped up the number of $10,000 to win events. This year has 6. Last year had 5 and the year before that (2018) only had 2. This is the first year they don't have any events paying $5,300 to win in the Southern Nationals. Would love to see them change all the $3,500 to win to $5,300 to win next year.

Those car counts are fine. Especially considering some of these tracks only run Supers two or three times a year and the heat index has hovered around 103 and higher the past couple weeks. And when your series features Brandon Overton and Chris Madden every night ... giddy up.
