Anyone besides tour regulars going to be there for this show?

Looks like the "Moonman" Jim Moon might be in the house as he just posted this on Facebook.

Indeed. But it is storms. 50/50 its the wasted fuel that questions whether it's worth it or not.

I think they said on the weather channel to expect storms between 4 and 6 pm. I believe from the line going through Iowa that has 75 mph winds in it.

We're under a "Particularly Dangerous Situation" Severe Thunderstorm Watch. 80 MPH winds!
Opinions are my own. Twitter.com/ShinySideUp18

Well, I survived FALS a few weeks ago. I'll give it a shot as long as it's not pouring at 5:00

86 mph wind reported at the Quad City NWS. If there were any teams on site I hope everyone is safe.

Cancelled. On their website they state they have power lines down from the severe thunderstorm.
-
They knew this storm was coming, crazy they wait till some are on their way to cancel.....

If they knew then those on there way did too, no?

2:30 was fine with me. Only a hour drive. Can't imagine anyone would drive 3 hours with a chance of nasty weather.

They were warning people farther east for this since like 11 am or around Noon. It takes a while for a Derecho to weaken or dissipate. It's a long standing event. Likely for even 3-4 more hrs still. That would be close to a 9-10 weather event
