Excuse my pickled brain, Zach Dohm is who I meant. ........ If Carpenter hasn't torn up his equipment the week before I wouldn't be surprised to see the kid show up. Not too bad a drive for him and he's spoken about how helpful it is to venture out and run the Big Boys.

Why would any of these drivers even consider showing up with Kyle Larson in the field? Everyone knows that it is OVER... According to Facebook the entire Dirt Late Model World had better realize that they are totally finished. Everyone is officially running for second with him in the field.

He will probably not win the event, though I would not be shocked if he does, but he will do a lot better than most "dirt late model only" fans think he will do.

Well the Lucas guys will be there regardless since it's a points event.

Weather keeps changing every day for Friday & Saturday. Hopefully the hurricane tracks south and they get all three nights in.

I have to say that this may be the biggest event of the year as far as media attention and all eyes will be on Port Royal this weekend just to see what Kyle Larson will do. I don't know how i feel about what hes goin to do i don't believe he will make the show the 1st night and if he does i don't think he will be in contention to win but the next 2 nights i think he might have a shot to finish top 10 or top 5 but that will be a big big hurdle for him to have to cross the field will be stout and it will be very hard for him to do because of the seat time he has had but we shall see and i am excited to see what happens to be honest

It's not man crushes and hard-ons, you dimbulb. It's respect and admiration for an incredibly talented driver and the amazing run he's been on. Thanks to FloRacing, we've been able to see most of it. It's been incredible to watch. There's nothing wrong with acknowledging that.

Madden has removed it from his published schedule and added the next weekend’s shows at Lavonia, Lancaster, and Cherokee.
